Aspect Tiling & Home Improvements were introduced to us by word of mouth recommendation. Obviously we did a number of quotes for the refurbishment of our en suite and bathroom. It was Shane’s manner which struck us when he came to give us a quote for our en suite and bathroom. Polite and friendly. It was the first time we have done such a major project and Shane really helped guide us through the process. Shane is an “attention to detail” professional and his work is of a very high standard. Even during the work he was giving advice and suggestions talking with us and not at us. I must also mention the other half of the team, Karina, who efficiently kept us updated via e-mail before, during and after the work and answered any questions we had promptly.
